Los Angeles County, CA: Two-Vehicle Crash on 60 Freeway
Los Angeles County, California (February 16, 2018): An unknown number of victims were injured in a two-vehicle crash on 60 Freeway around 1:00 a.m. early yesterday morning, Thursday, February 15, 2018. Officials from the Los Angeles County Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol are conducting a joint investigation into the crash and details remain limited at this time.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene, in the westbound lanes of 60 Freeway, west of 605 Freeway, and discovered a white Ford pick-up truck and a white semi-truck stuck together on the shoulder, with one of the vehicles overturned and blocking the outer lane of the freeway. Ambulances were sent to help treat and transport victims, but the severity of the injuries involved is unknown.
