Los Angeles County, CA: Pedestrian Killed in Fatal Long Beach Collision
Los Angeles County, California (March 12, 2018): Authorities have launched an active investigation into a fatal pedestrian collision in the South Gate neighborhood of Long Beach, CA, yesterday evening, Sunday, March 11, 2018. The victim has not yet been identified and only limited information has been made publicly available while the investigation remains open.
Officials believe the collision happened just before 7:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the 710 Freeway, near Firestone Boulevard. The victim was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene.
