Los Angeles County, CA: Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision in Lancaster
Los Angeles County, California (April 18, 2018): Officials with both the Los Angeles County Fire Department and the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office were dispatched to the scene of a fatal two-vehicle crash in Lancaster, CA early this morning, Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
Authorities believe the accident happened around 7:00 a.m. when a Chevrolet Sonic collided with a silver Lexus on Highway 138, near 110th Street West. A 78-year-old woman was killed in the crash, but her name has not been released to the public at this time. It is unclear whether any other individuals were wounded in the collision and the total number of people involved has not be revealed. An investigation into the incident has been launched and remains ongoing. No additional details have been made publicly available.
