Los Angeles, CA – Three Victims Hurt in Duplex Fire on Lyman Pl in East Hollywood
Los Angeles, CA (August 1, 2023) – On Monday, a duplex fire in Los Angeles in the area of East Hollywood left two people and one firefighter hospitalized.
The fire department was called to the 1200 block of North Lyman Place at about 6:30 a.m.
During the search, one person was located on the duplex’s first floor; paramedics rushed that individual to the hospital in serious condition.
A second person inside the building was also taken to a local medical facility, but information on their condition was not immediately available. The fireman was also hospitalized with burns, which were not considered life-threatening.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation, and authorities have not provided further details in the interim.
