Los Angeles, CA – One Hospitalized in Vehicle Wreck at Venice Blvd & Cochran Ave
Los Angeles, CA (August 16, 2023) – A collision that occurred on Wednesday in Mid-City involving a Los Angeles Police Department patrol car is now under investigation.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said that the incident occurred around 9:00 a.m. near the corner of Venice Boulevard and South Cochran Avenue.
The patrol car officer and the other person involved were able to escape their vehicles at the scene and talk to authorities. One person was transferred to the hospital after the crash, though their current condition is unknown.
All lanes of Venice Boulevard between Redondo and Hauser were blocked while officials conducted their investigation, which is still ongoing.
