Los Angeles, CA – Gaaron Blackwell Killed at Avalon Blvd and Lanzit Ave
Los Angeles, California (August 16, 2019) – Gaaron Blackwell, 66, has been identified as the victim who was tragically killed in a pedestrian accident earlier this month. The accident occurred around 8:50 p.m. on August 2nd, at the intersection of Avalon Boulevard and Lanzit Avenue.
Reports claim that Blackwell was hit by an unknown vehicle type while crossing the road for unknown reasons. Blackwell suffered majored injuries as a result of the collision. Paramedics immediately transported him to a trauma center, where he would, unfortunately, succumb to his injuries.
It is not clear if the motorist that struck Blackwell stopped to cooperate with authorities. Whether drugs, alcohol, or human negligence factored into the accident remains unknown at this time. The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
