Los Angeles, CA – Fatal Hit-and-Run at Adams & Arlington Ave Under Investigation
Los Angeles, CA (August 29, 2023) – Police are searching for three people after they allegedly left the scene of a fatal collision in South Los Angeles early on Sunday morning, August 27.
A vehicle heading east on West Adams Boulevard reportedly collided with another car going south on Arlington Avenue at roughly 1:00 a.m., as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The three people in the eastbound vehicle exited the vehicle and fled on foot before police arrived.
The driver of the other car, a 17-year-old teenager, was found deceased at the site. His female passenger, age 20, was transferred to the hospital, though her current condition is not known.
An investigation into the wreck remains ongoing in the interim.
