Long Beach, CA – Fatal Crash on Ocean Blvd
Long Beach, CA (October 21, 2019) – A man died in a car accident on Ocean Boulevard near the 710 Freeway on Sunday, October 20th.
According to a statement issued by the Long Beach Police Department, the accident occurred at 3:35 a.m.
A 2019 Infiniti Q50S, driven by a 35-year-old male, struck a tree after the driver lost control of the vehicle. The impact was strong enough to split the vehicle in half and throw the passenger from the car.
The passenger was transported to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment but, ultunately died as a result of his injuries.
This incident is currently under investigation by the Long Beach Police Department.
