Live Oak Pedestrian Accident
We wish to extend our condolences to you if you are the family and friends of Wilbur Menth, whose life was taken too soon in this horrific accident. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to cope after you have lost somebody in an accident.
Pedestrian accidents happen every day in California. If you have lost somebody in one of these accidents, there is a good chance that it was due to the negligence of another driver, as many of these accidents happen when drivers are not looking out for the well-being of other people on the roadways.
Pedestrians are extremely vulnerable to some of the most serious accidents because they have few things in the way of protection. When they are up against vehicles that weigh thousands of pounds, catastrophic injuries can easily result.
