Motorcycle Accidents in California
Those who chose to ride motorcycles on California’s overly-crowded roadways will find that they are far more likely to be involved in an accident that results in some form of injury than their counterparts in passenger vehicles. No matter how safe or how careful a motorcycle rider may be, there are still many outside factors that could cause them to be involved in a traffic accident. Distracted driving is one of the biggest causes of any type of accident in the United States right now. This inattention to the road by drivers combined with the smaller space that motorcycles take up which makes them less visible can often be a recipe for disaster. Motorcyclists are often prone to neck and spinal cord injuries when involved in an accident because they have nothing protecting them for the open road or the surrounding, much larger, vehicles.
If you or someone you love has been injured while they were riding a motorcycle, it is imperative that you seek qualified legal representation as soon as you possibly can. Insurance adjusters, as well as negligent drivers, often like to make motorcycles look as though they are inherently reckless and therefore always to blame for any accidents. If you feel the accident that caused your injuries was not your fault, then you will need an experienced attorney from the Los Angeles Law Group to be on your side, building your case, and protecting your rights for you.
