Southern California Highway Accident
We hope that the victims of this highway accident have a quick and full recovery. A highway accident is often serious in nature, due to several factors, including the speed of the vehicles involved.
In some multi-car accidents such as this one, liability can be difficult to determine. In a multiple vehicle crash, it is not always clear which vehicle started the chain reaction of events leading to the collision. Unless there are eyewitnesses to the crash, a thorough accident reconstruction may be necessary.
In this case, the police will look at several factors, including the type of damage suffered, the position of the vehicles, skid marks, and other factors to help in the reconstruction process. After completing their investigation, officers will release a written crash report detailing their findings. At that time, any innocent victims will have the right to pursue a personal injury claim.
