Fresno County, CA: Fatal Pedestrian Collision in Helm
Fresno County, California (March 21, 2018): Authorities are conducting an active investigation into a fatal pedestrian accident in Helm, CA, early yesterday morning, Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Officials believe the unidentified man was struck by a white Jeep just before 6:30 a.m. as he was crossing the street toward a gas station near the intersection of Highway 145 and West Kamm Avenue. The victim was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle waited at the scene for authorities to arrive and is believed to be cooperating with the investigation.
