Fresno, CA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Accident at Central and Chestnut Avenues
Fresno, California (October 26, 2018) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision that occurred Friday afternoon at an intersection in Fresno, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision transpired at approximately 12:57 pm at E Central and S Chestnut avenues. Presently, no detailed information concerning the people involved in the accident has been revealed.
The initial police report indicates, a Mazda3 was at the intersection of Central and Chestnut avenues when for indeterminate reasons, crashed into an unidentified vehicle. Sometime later, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of the accident where they discovered one of the vehicles flipped over onto its side. Paramedics confirmed that a female driver of one of the vehicles sustained injuries upon impact of the collision. The wreckage from the crash blocked traffic and tow trucks were used to help clear the debris from the roadway. The current physical condition of the injured victim was not immediately established.
