Los Angeles DUI Accidents
In this case, it appears as though Guadalupe Verdugo was unquestionably negligent. First, he allegedly drove while impaired and second he allegedly ran a red light. Either one of these things, standing alone, would be enough to hold him responsible for the motorcyclist’s injuries.
The motorcyclist in this accident will have a long and painful road to recovery. Unfortunately, serious injuries often occur in Los Angeles DUI accidents. These injuries occur due to the fact that impaired drivers often fail to stop or even slow down prior to a collision. The full force of impact can result in catastrophic consequences.
