Many traffic accidents take place in California every year that involve a hit-and-run driver. Most of these accidents lead to criminal charges if the driver is found, which can pave the way for your civil damages. This is due to the fact that evidence of this crime can help you significantly when it comes to receiving the compensation you deserve.
When a child is injured in one of these accidents, especially, there is a good chance that the other party will be found fully liable when they made the decision to keep driving.
