If you were injured while riding a motorcycle in an accident that was not your fault then it is in your best interest to speak with an attorney immediately. Insurance adjusters like to try an assign automatic blame to motorcyclists, especially if it means preventing a large payout on the part of their company. Having an attorney on your side who has had previous experience in handling this type of case will go a long way towards ensuring that you are not left holding the bag for someone else’s negligence.
