Fontana, CA – Injuries Sustained in Fiery Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 15
FONTANA, Calif. (Nov. 2, 2018) — A fiery crash was reported early Friday morning on the northbound Interstate 15 Freeway at Summit Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision transpired at approximately 5:17 am and involved three drivers.
The initial report indicates the collision involving three vehicles on Interstate 15 was the result of a chain-reaction crash. Sometime after the accident, firefighters arrived on scene and discovered one of the vehicles was fully engulfed in flames. Paramedics transported at least one person by ambulance to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries to the face. Authorities did not specify how many people involved in this accident sustained injuries.
At this time, the multi-vehicle accident remains under investigation to determine who is at fault.
