Dublin, CA – Hit and Run Injures Motorcycle Rider
Dublin, CA (November 15, 2018) – A motorcycle and a pick-up truck collided on Interstate 580 right by the North Flynn Road off-ramp last Tuesday, says a source from within the California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
Police and emergency medical personnel arrived on the scene quickly, only to find that the driver of the pick-up truck had fled the accident scene, leaving the motorcycle rider alone and injured in the middle of the road. The victim was extracted from the scene via medic helicopter and flown to a hospital for medical treatment of his injuries.
We have no further details to offer at this time. Police are still actively seeking the driver of the gree pick-up truck and the investigation into the cause of this accident is still ongoing.
