We wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Gottfried Brunner at this time. We understand how difficult it can be to lose somebody close to you in a hit-and-run accident that could have been prevented. As you navigate the legalities of this accident, we want to stand by your side.
When it comes to crime-related accidents, liability is not so difficult to determine. This is common in accidents where a loved one has lost their life due to the outright negligence of another party in a drunk driving or hit-and-run accident. If you can prove that a party has acted negligently, you can bring a wrongful death claim against the party who caused the harm. We want to stand by your side as you navigate the legal system and work toward recovery in this difficult time.
