Desert Hot Springs, CA (September 15, 2018) – A serious pedestrian took place in the area of the intersection at Palm Drive and Hacienda Avenue. It happened last evening, September 14, around 7:15 p.m.
The pedestrian was struck for a reason that is not yet known and the investigation into the matter continues at this time. When fire department officials came to the scene, they found that the victim was suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
The patient was taken to the hospital where he was listed in serious condition. Meanwhile, police say that the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with police. Authorities are still working on gathering more information at this time.
