Deadly Rollover Collisions in California
When compared to other types of accidents, rollover crashes are much more likely to result in fatal injuries. While only accounting for 2.1 percent of all car crashes, rollovers were involved in nearly 35 percent of all passenger vehicle fatalities. The resulting injuries can disrupt lives and in severe cases can even cause death.
When a victim loses their life in a rollover crash, their families often have to take on the financial burden and resulting damages. These can take the form of medical bills, funeral expenses, and intense pain and suffering. In certain cases, surviving family members are able to contact a California wrongful death lawyer in order to seek justice after the loss of a loved one.
