Contra Costa, CA – Man Injured in Car Accident Near Benicia Martinez Bridge

Contra Costa, CA (September 24, 2018) – Police said that a man was injured in a car accident near the Benicia Martinez Bridge on the 680 Freeway. The accident happened yesterday morning, September 23.

Police responded to the accident around 11:35 a.m. to find that a maroon SUV and a Honda had collided. They are still investigating why the two vehicles collided.

Police say that one person was bleeding and sustained injuries after the accident, and they were quickly treated for these injuries.

Police continue to investigate at this time.
