Contra Costa County, CA: Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 4
Contra Costa County, California (February 22, 2018): The California Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into a two-vehicle collision on Highway 4 in Martinez, CA yesterday evening, Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Only limited details are being made available while the investigation remains open.
The two vehicles involved in the crash, a Subaru and a minivan, are believed to have collided just before 7:00 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Highway 4, over the 680 Freeway Connector. The reasons for the crash and the number of individuals involved is unknown, but at least one of the occupants in the minivan complained of chest pain and dizziness. No further information has been provided at this time.
