Los Angeles Bicycle Accident
All across Los Angeles, motorists must share the road with bicyclists. Bicyclists have the same rights as another vehicle when they are on the road. They also have the same obligations and must follow all traffic laws and take appropriate safety precautions.
When a bicycle accident occurs, authorities must determine the negligent party. If a vehicle driver’s negligence causes the collision then the vehicle driver is legally responsible to the bicyclist.
In this accident, police will work to determine the responsible party. At this time, the accident remains under investigation. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the family of Dr. William Doherty.
