Chatsworth, CA – Four People Hospitalized after Car Crash on North De Soto Avenue
Chatsworth, California (November 1, 2018) – According to local authorities, four people were hospitalized and two of them remain in critical condition after a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Thursday morning in Chatsworth. Officials confirmed the crash transpired at approximately 9:40 am in the 9100 blocks of North De Soto Avenue at Nordhoff Street.
The initial police report indicates three unidentified vehicles were in the area of North De Soto Avenue at Nordhoff Street when they all collided into one another for unknown reasons. Emergency personnel rushed to the scene of the accident where they discovered an unspecified number of individuals that had sustained injuries upon impact of the multi-vehicle accident. Paramedics transported four people to a local hospital to evaluate and treat their injuries. According to investigators, two of the victims were reportedly critically injured, and two others suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The current physical condition of the injured victims was not immediately disclosed.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
