Cathedral City Bicycle Accident
Those who ride bicycles along roadways are some of the most vulnerable parties on our roadways. With little protecting them from large motor vehicles that are thousands of pounds heavier than their own, it is not surprising when bicyclists walk away from an accident with, in the very least, minor injuries. If you have been injured in one of these accidents, the first thing you want to be able to do is determine that the other party is responsible for your damages.
We wish to extend our comforting thoughts of peace to the woman and son who were injured in this serious accident. We hope that they experience a speedy recovery.
Investigators will take a close look at the accident to determine what le to this accident. This involves looking at right-of-way, speeding, distracted driving aspects, and more. What each party was doing at the time of the accident matters because this is the information that you will use to show that the other party acted in a negligent manner.
At the Los Angeles Injury Group, we want you to know that you have options for recovery against a party who has acted in a negligent fashion. We are here for you every step of the way. Call us today for more information on the role we can play in your case at 310-954-7248.
