Carpinteria Car Accident
When a multi-vehicle collision takes place, many people wonder how they can move forward with their claim against a party who has acted negligently. The problem with these accidents is that it can sometimes be extremely difficult to determine which party acted in a negligent fashion.
We wish to extend our condolences to those who have been injured in this serious accident due to the negligence of others.
One of the most important things that you must do after one of these accidents is to establish negligence. Sometimes, multi-vehicle collisions happen because one or more parties were speeding, driving distracted, or engaging in some other types of actions that lead to serious results on our roads.
If you can establish that somebody else is liable for your injuries, you might have a claim for compensation. However, you will have to show that this party owed a legal duty to you and failed to uphold this duty on the roads. At the Los Angeles Injury Group, we can help you establish negligence in your case and move forward with the results that you deserve. Call us today to find out how we can assist you at 310-954-7248.
