Bakersfield, CA – Head-on Collision Injures Mother and Infant
Bakersfield, CA (November 7, 2018) – This afternoon around 1:06 p.m., a mother and an infant were involved in a head-on collision at South Union Avenue and the Taft Highway. Police say that a maroon SUV and a big rig were involved in the collision.
The 9-month old child and mother were checked over by EMTs at the scene and treated for their injuries. The accident took place at the intersection in the area and police do not know who was at fault at this time.
The investigation into the matter continues at this time.
