Apple Valley, CA – Injury-Causing Accident at Deep Creek
Apple Valley, CA (September 6, 2018) – An injury-causing accident took place last night, September 5 around 8:13 p.m. One woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The accident took place in the area of Deep Creek and Bear Valley roads.
The accident happened when a woman was driving a pickup truck on Bear Valley Road at the same time as a Cadillac driven by a man in the other lane. The Cadillac did not yield to the woman’s truck as he started making a left turn. This caused the vehicle to collide with the driver’s side of the pickup truck at an intersection.
Paramedics responded and found the woman pinned inside her vehicle. The victim was extricated from the wreckage and was taken to the hospital with a variety of injuries, including a broken leg.
Both drivers had a green light when the wreck took place.
