Antelope, CA – One Person Hospitalized Following Motorcycle Accident
Antelope, CA (December 30, 2018) – In Antelope, a motorcycle accident took place that led to the hospitalization of one person. The accident happened yesterday around 10:49 a.m. in the area of Black Eagle Drive and Ridge Rim Court.
The California Highway Patrol logged the incident after they found that a motorcycle and a red sedan collided for unknown reasons in the intersection. Paramedics responded to the accident and attended to the rider who received serious injuries to his lower leg due to the accident.
The victim was identified as a 40-year-old man who was transported to the Mercy San Juan Medical Center with a variety of injuries. His name and condition are not known at this time.
Officers did not mention whether or not the driver who struck the motorcyclist stopped at the scene to cooperate with the investigation. At this time, the investigation into the collision continues.
