Albany Multi-Vehicle Collisions
Fault is one of the biggest factors that should be considered in any case that happens on our roadways. If you are unable to determine who caused the accident, it is impossible to bring a claim against a party.
We wish to extend our thoughts and prayers to those who have been injured in this accident, as we hope that they sustain a speedy recovery at this time. Victims who experience a collision involving many other parties tend to experience great pain and emotional distress during a desperate time. These accidents can take place in the blink of an eye.
Every year on California roadways, drivers lose control of their vehicles and strike other parties due to distracted driving, drunk driving, speeding, and more. If you can prove that somebody acted negligently and caused the accident between various other parties on the road, you might have a case for compensation. Many people bring claims so that they can receive compensation for the following aspects and more:
- Lost wages
